A: First and foremost, they need to be magnets. For talent. For money. For attention. And for much more.

Inspiring those who choose to be around you, to find a path which makes sense to them, and in doing so leads to achieving the objectives of a collective.
This comes at a time when Goa’s tourism economy is faltering thanks to innovative approaches to it’s promotion, media obsession over stray cases of rights violations, the changing attitude of the common man and competition from neighbouring as well as foreign destinations.
We need more options for seed financing, a stronger and accessible network of talent guides and mentors, stronger IP protection laws and a general propulsion of the idea that you can still make it even if you don’t cut to Medical or Engineering college.
